Bill Downing/
Managing Director
Bill has worked in corporate sustainability at a senior level for ten years. He’s helped companies including Ernst and Young, Stockland, Fuji Xerox, Fujitsu, Colliers International and The Good Guys to build their sustainability programs.
Bill founded eIQ to help businesses to adapt and thrive in a low-carbon future. To date, Bill and his team have made a difference to clients including Knight Frank, NRMA, Freehills, KPMG, Gloria Jeans, Grant Thornton and the Victorian Department of Planning and Community Development.
Bill was one for the education team who delivered a whole of business Sustainability Program for Bovis Lend Lease and was chosen to develop core content for Sustainability Challenge – a unique and engaging staff education program.
Bill began his career with Ernst and Young and has been active in the not for profit sector for many years, most recently as a founding Director of the Sydney Community Foundation.
